The project is located in Western Australia. The MT6300 is one of the world's largest electric-wheel-drive mining dump trucks, equipped with a maximum power output of 3,804 horsepower (2,796 kW) and a rated payload capacity of 363 metric tons (400 short tons). The electric drive system comprises a generator set, converter cabinets, braking resistors, traction motors with wheel-end gearboxes, and auxiliary fans. The converter cabinets integrate main rectifiers, two sets of IGBT inverters (with choppers), one auxiliary inverter, generator excitation control units, and drive control units.
